This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Logfall: Idle Tycoon (“the App”) processes user data.

2) Data We Collect

The App does not require account creation and does not request personal data such as name, email address, or phone number.

The App may process basic technical device data solely to ensure proper functioning, security, and stability, such as: device model, operating system version, device language, and IP address (to the extent required by third-party services).

The Controller does not use this data to directly identify users.

3) In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App offers in-app purchases via Google Play Billing. Payments are processed by Google. The Controller does not receive or store users’ payment information (such as card numbers).

4) Third-Party Services (Ads / Mediation)

The App may display ads and use third-party services for serving advertisements, measuring ad performance, fraud prevention, and service stability.

The App uses or may use:

• Google AdMob
• Unity LevelPlay (ironSource)

These partners may process data such as:

• advertising identifiers (e.g., GAID / IDFA),
• IP address,
• device information (e.g., model, OS version, language),
• ad interaction data (e.g., impressions, clicks, frequency, time).

Where required by law (e.g., EEA/UK), the App presents a consent form allowing users to choose personalized or non-personalized ads. Users can change their ad preferences at any time in their device settings.

Diagnostics and quality improvement — legitimate interest.

Advertising — consent where required or legitimate interest where permitted by local law.

In-app purchases — contract performance.

6) International Data Transfers

Some service providers (e.g., Google, Unity) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are performed based on appropriate legal safeguards implemented by those providers.

Under GDPR, users may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or object to processing of their data. For data processed by advertising/analytics partners, users may need to contact those providers directly.

8) Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and the Controller does not knowingly collect data from children.
